SA780/800H Automatic Foil Stamping and Die Cutting Machine is designed for the Hot Stamping, Die Cutting, or Pressing Convex and Creasing techniques. It is suitable for paper, cardboard, plastic film and so on. It can finish the feeding, die cutting and collecting work by automatic cycle.The machine is composed of four parts; main motor, hot stamping, auto feeder and electrical equipment. The motors main transmission is a shaft structure driving the platen up and down, plus the pressure adjusting structure to co-ordinate finish hot stamping or die cutting job. The electrical parts are composed of main motor control, feeder / collect control and foil feeder control. The whole machine is controlled by micro processor. The machine is equipped with a fully automatic lubrication system. Only quality parts and components are used in the construction and build. The electronic components are imported and we use experienced engineers in all stages of machine design.
