Semi Automatic Stitching Machine

Model SE100W can do double stitch and thick stitch completely at one time, it is easy to operate , swiftly adjust size needed within 1 min. There is automatic count in the paper feeding unit, by setting up the value 1-99 , finished product in the pail type and feed out one by one   .
It is only need 2 operator to make the half-finished product to finished product ,that reduce the labor cost .Boxes which is with or without cap is allowed to stitch . It is with human-machine touching panel , and very easy to control and operate . With PLC controlling system of Japan MITSUBISHI ,and single-way bearing of German brand. The main parts of bearing unit is Japan brand KOYONACHI
The whole set of stitch head is Japan mould steel ,fine processing by computer .
Bottom mould ,blade is from Japan tungsten steel .Touch is from Tain Wain SHILIN
Electromagnetism clutch if from Tai Wan Parts inside the control box is from Tain Wain SHILIN .Button and journey switch if from Tai Wan Brake is from Tai Wan .
